Either you or Blue Water can cancel by calling and saying “I want to cancel the listing.”  It’s that simple.  The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call. No fees, no hassles. Please allow 2 business days to have sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service. Most agents will not give the consumer that right. You might ask yourself why agents need to “lock you up” for four to six months. Why would they be afraid to give you the right to cancel?
