Cheryl Bourgeois – Realtor
My beginning was with the "Football Family" comprised of four daughters. Frequent moves allowed us the opportunity to see how people lived in the Great Lakes area, DC, south and central North America. We often built a home before moving on to the next adventure. Central Texas has been home for over thirty years. Many of those years were spent raising a family and doing volunteer work. This included equine assisted therapy for the physically and mentally challenged individuals as well as Equine Special Olympics. Prior to Real Estate sales, I was involved with a alternative builds, and Custom homes sales and construction. Skills included running the office, Research &Development, purchasing, and managing employees. Sometimes I was lucky enough to do some hands on construction work. Which brings me to why I joined Real Estate. My desire to learn the process of sales from contract to closing. Following the acquisition of my Real Estate license, I decided to pursue Real Estate full time. Someone once told me that that, "My Agent doesn't have time for me. Could you look into details of a listing for me?" My promise to you is that I will be available for your real estate needs. My clients are a priority.
Tina Hendrickson – Realtor
I am originally from Montana. I moved to Texas Hill Country 3 years ago and fell in love. I have two wonderful grown sons and one awesome grandson. I enjoy spending my time with my family, being outdoors and staying active. I love to jog, ride my bike, kayak, spending time at the Lake or River. I am also a music lover. Love going to local wineries, festivals, traveling, antique shopping, helping with charity events for the less fortunate and of course our local veterans.
I have a strong background in sales and a LOVE for people which brought me to this wonderful Real Estate career. Coming from a military family and moving, many times in my life I understand the work involved whether it's buying or selling and the uncertainty of finding the right home. We all have a dream of where we want to live. I hope to make your dreams and goals come true! I am here to take the "load and stress off" and make this an easy transition. If I CAN NOT accomplish that then I am not doing my job! I hope you will give me that chance to "live your dream" and come home to a place you LOVE!

I grew up in the Houston area, but I moved here as soon as I could. After a hitch in the Navy I came to San Marcos in 1974 to attend Southwest Texas State. I have lived at Canyon Lake for 18 years. I am an active member of Lake Canyon Yacht Club and an avid sailor. Call me for help with the sell or purchase of waterfront and water view land and homes. I can help with VA and Texas Vet loans. I sell everything from a small lot to acreage. If you are looking at a freeway instead of the Hill Country...Call me, I can help.

I moved to Texas from Ohio because I was tired of the cold and snow. Besides living in Canyon Lake, I have also lived in Austin and Dallas, but they were just not as great as Canyon Lake. I knew I had to move back here! Luckily, my husband’s job brought us back and I couldn’t be happier. I have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. I was recently married in May 2015 and have 2 furry children. In our free time, my husband and I can be found on the lake or rock crawling/mudding in our ATV.
I have over 10+ years of customer service and will go above and beyond to help my clients. I will not only meet your expectations; I will exceed them.
I grew up in Houston and went to high school in Baytown. My dad was a home builder for many years. I learned so much from him. After graduation, I married and my husband and I moved to the Texas Hill Country. I have seen many changes over the years but the beauty of this area never goes away. We went back to Houston for a few years but we couldn't stay away. So, as soon as job and finances allowed, we were back to the Hill Country and settled into the Canyon Lake area in 2002, and I never left again.
I became licensed in 2005. I have enjoyed helping people find their dream home ever since!
Also, if you are relocating, buying or selling your home, looking for a great vacation retreat, or looking for investment property, I would love to help!
I believe that it is important to know the area that one markets. The public expects an expert. Any agent can look in the Multiple Listing Service and tell you most things about a property. With all the new websites, an informed person could pretty much do the same thing. An experienced agent with 24+ years in the Real Estate Industry, working in a specific area can provide much more...everything from knowing how to navigate the streets to walking you through every step of your transaction in completing the sale of your house or purchase of your dream home. The bottom line is that an experienced agent, dedicated to the best possible customer service, with an intimate knowledge of the community and the Real Estate business is your best option.
I am that Agent. I have always, and will continue to, practice the Golden Rule in every aspect of my business. I am fluent in Spanish....Hablemo Espanol.
I have been a licensed Texas Realtor and sold my first house in Comal County in 1993. My wife (Linda) and I owned a home on Lake McQueeney before building our current home on Canyon Lake in 2005. Throughout my real estate career, I have always kept my clients interests above my own. One of the favorite things I say to agents that I mentor is: " I treat my client's money like it is coming out of my checkbook". Since 2005, my primary focus has been in the Canyon Lake area exclusively. I believe that your next agent should have some skin in the game , meaning the sale of your property will affect the price of theirs. For this reason, I've always worked in the immediate area in which I lived. Canyon Lake properties are unique to other areas in the vicinity, in that there are very few "tract" homes or "tract" lots. These differences could mean a difference of thousand of dollars versus a property in one of the local cities. A Canyon Lake Agent knows the difference between a water view, waterfront, hill country view and how these factors affect the price. I would highly encourage you to use a Canyon Lake Agent for Canyon Lake properties whether buying or selling. I hope you choose me as that agent.
